YES! We fully understand that it might be an intimidating activity to some people, but you have nothing to worry about. We only ever allow axes to be thrown down empty lanes and our instructors are fully trained and are there to keep you safe whilst having fun!
Yes! We only let you throw once disclaimers have been signed.
Learning to throw an Axe is very simple, but mastering aim, power, and trajectory can take some time. Some get it right away and others take a few tries. Your Axe instructor is there to help you stick that axe to the target and help you to develop your axe throwing skills.
Scoring
Bull’s Eye: The bull’s eye is worth 10 points.
Additional Rings: All rings around the bull’s eye have point values (1-5 points out to in).
Drop: If the axe drops off the target it is worth zero points.
Games: We have multiple games you can play in addition to the regular match format.
Yes, you have to be at least 10 years old and all axe throwers under 18 must be accompanied by a ‘responsible’ adult.
Absolutely! We have full Public Liability Insurance.
King Axe Throwing has the right to turn away anyone they feel may be too inebriated to safely participate.
